Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification to the address you provided during checkout. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a brief confirmation of the shipping method used. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from [email protected].

Step 2: Choose a Tracking Tool

You can use any reliable third-party tracking service to monitor your shipment. We recommend 17Track, a free and widely trusted platform that supports hundreds of carriers worldwide.

How to use 17Track:

  • Go to the 17Track homepage.
  • In the main search box, enter your tracking number exactly as it appears in your shipping email.
  • Click the "Track" button or press Enter.
  • You will see the current status of your package, including location updates and estimated delivery date.

Alternatively, you can use other trusted services like PackageRadar ( https://www.packageradar.com ) or AfterShip ( https://www.aftership.com ) by following the same process—simply paste your tracking number into their search field.

Step 3: Understand Your Tracking Status

Tracking updates typically include the following common statuses:

  • Order Processed / Ready for Shipment – Your package is being prepared at our warehouse.
  • Departed / In Transit – Your package is on its way to the carrier's sorting facility or moving through the network.
  • Arrived at Sorting Center / Customs – The package has reached a local distribution hub or customs checkpoint.
  • Out for Delivery – Your package is with the local courier and will be delivered soon.
  • Delivered – The package has been successfully delivered to your address.

Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation, especially for international orders.
