Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to improper use or care
- Items returned without prior authorization
How to Initiate a Refund

Refund Processing

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
